Halfhouse is our home and place for artists to show their work.  
Some things that are important to Halfhouse and that we try to  do  :                          

• Prioritise the work of the artist,  supporting production and development.
• Establish a meeting point between emerging artists, established artists, critics and curators through exhibitions, talks and random meetings.
• Maintain a flexible, open and cosy space. 
• Facilitate a place for experiment where there's room for error in the creative process. 
• Offer discursive support only where it accompanies the work.  We are passionate believers in the communicative force of the work of art itself.
